Pam's HIITit Green Machine SuperFood Smoothie:

-1 cup coconut water

-1 cup filtered water

-1 avocado

-1 banana

-4 chunks frozen pineapple

-1/2 cup cultured yogurt

-1 cup spinach

Optionally add in aloe vera, flax, chia, coconut oil or protein powder. Enjoy!


HIIT Peanut Butter Lover's Protein Shake

-1+1/2 cup almond milk

-1 cup spinach

-1 cup banana

-1 scoop chocolate protein powder

-1 tbsp natural PB

-1 tsp flax

-1 tsp chia seeds

-4 ice cubes

Blend & enjoy!


HIITit Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

-4 cups frozen strawberries 

-3 tbsp agave nectar

-1/2 cup plain greek or regular yogurt

-1 tbsp lemon juice

Blend until creamy. Enjoy!


HIITit Pre-Workout Chia & Oats!

-1/2 cup chia seeds

-1 cup steel cup oats

-2 cups almond milk

-1 tbsp cinnamon

-1/4 cup raisins

-1/2 cup blueberries or 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional!)

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Stir for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Enjoy!!
